These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between you (hereinafter “User” or “You”) and society DBTH. They define how you will be able to use the Site and the services offered on the Site by DBTH (hereinafter the “Services”).

2 – Description of Services
2.1 Services offered
DBTH provides its users, the following services:
- A online coaching program, including the three proposals (monthly, quarterly, semiannual) (hereinafter the “Program”).
In this context, the user will have access to personal space and will periodically receive one or more emails.
- Community tools allowing users to read further information.
- The ability to ask questions to our team via email
- Seminars and workshops online
This description of services offered is neither exhaustive nor definitive, and DBTH reserves the right to change the terms of implementation of the Services or to add new features or services, in order to improve the quality of services proposed.
2.2 Duration and cost of services
The duration and price of services vary for each user depending on the choice of the selected program. The duration and price of the Site Services are provided in euros all taxes included (ATI), based on the information you provided.
3 – Procedure for subscription services
To benefit from the services, the User must have:
(I) access to the Internet: the costs related to this connection are the sole responsibility of the user;
(Ii) the necessary equipment, including a computer, modem or other connection tool.
To order, simply choose your first support and / or seminar and create an account.
You then need to settle duditProgramme as described in section 4 below.
4 – Payment
4.1 Method of Payment
Several payment methods are available online (by check or credit card via Paypal). Full payment must be made by the user to benefit from the issuance of the Service.
All payment solutions proposed offer the best conditions of security and privacy.
DBTH reserves the right at any time and without communicating the reason for Users, to delete, permanently or temporarily, to suspend or to modify the one or other payment solutions proposed, in order to improve the quality its services.
4.2 Payment facilities
Services are charged at a flat rate and shall normally be paid in a single installment before the start of the Services.
However, on a commercial basis, to enable more of you to take advantage of our services, DBTH allows users subscribing to the offer quarterly or semi wishing to pay their fee in three (3) times without expenses (withdrawals taking place on the first, second and third months of the start of services regardless of the total program).
If paid in three toll payment will be payable by the user, even if it decides to stop its mere use of the Services until you have paid all or the program has a duration of less than three months.
Therefore, Users are prohibited in these cases to challenge the monthly withdrawals from his bank. Discounts may apply directly to users on the Site function of trade policy DBTH or indirectly through trading partners DBTH.
5 – Deadline for withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of your order confirmation to exercise your right of withdrawal from DBTH without having to give reasons, or pay a penalty. (When the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.)
However, the right of withdrawal may be exercised when carrying out the Services has begun with your agreement before the expiry of that period (Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code).
So when you return to DBTH a question before 7 days, the program will start and you will have the opportunity to retract.
Your request must clearly indicate your username, phone number, registered email address and your order number available on the payment form.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the time aforesaid, the price of services purchased will be refunded within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days after receipt of your complaint by us. Reimbursement will be made at the discretion of DBTH by crediting your bank account or by check sent to the billing address.
6 – Total Satisfaction Guarantee
For commercial DBTH agrees to extend your program without any additional costs if you are not satisfied with our answers.
7 – Interruption or Suspension of Program
The program is established for a fixed period. There is no possibility to delay the start of the program.
Indeed, once your payment is validated, your program starts and can not be interrupted or modified in order to maintain compliance with the initial estimate that was signed in exceptional cases (in which case, we invite you to contact us).
8 – Obligations of Users
The Customer undertakes to inform DBTH the elements of actual and necessary information to process the order and execution of services as requested to do so online. These data will be processed under the conditions of Article 10 below.
The Customer is responsible for the consequences of false or inaccurate information supplied.
The User agrees not to sell and not use the Service for commercial purposes.
The User declares be at least 18 years and have the legal capacity or holds parental permission allowing him to place an order on the Site.
The User agrees not to use the Site and the Services for illegal purposes, such as not to convey messages contrary to public order and morality, and defamatory, elements detrimental to privacy the third not to transmit information that could affect in any way the rights of DBTH and / or third parties.

11 – Interactive Services
The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in force in any part in the interactive services offered on the Site.

14 – Miscellaneous
14.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and DBTH regards the use of the Site and services, and supersede any agreement eventually reached the same object previously between the User and DBTH.
14.2. These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
14.3. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, be deemed to have been removed and not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
